Buccal Massage
Working from the inside out, this advanced facial massage targets and releases muscular tension in the cheek and jaw area. Using a gloved hand, I work intraorally to address deep-seated tension within the mouth.
This technique helps to lift and sculpt the face, reducing fine lines and wrinkles, enhancing facial contouring, especially along the jawline.
Additionally, it alleviates discomfort caused by teeth grinding (Bruxism), jaw clenching, and TMJ disorder, which are often linked to headaches and migraines.
Whilst the idea of a hand in the mouth may seem a little unusual, the experience itself is surprisingly soothing and deeply restorative.

If possible, it is best to arrive for your facial treatments make-up free, with jewellery, such as earrings, facial piercings, necklaces and bracelets removed. Please be aware that I use oils to massage and will often work into the scalp area, so your hair may require washing after.
